LONG RANGE PLANNING - Office Technology Task Force will meet on December 8th at 7:00 p.m.

NURTURE MINISTRY - Caroling to our shut-ins will be December 6th at 1:00 p.m.  A book sale will be held during the coffee hours on December 7th and 14th.  This ministry is working on the church roster and recommended a list of names to be removed from our membership list because of transfers and recommended a list of names to be moved to a responsibility list of inactives.  A motion was made to remove the list of names from membership due to transfer.  The motion was seconded.  The motion passed. PROPERTY MINISTRY
- Scaffolding was used to change lights up front.  A timer for outside lights was purchased by money saved by not renting a power lift.  Two exit lights were purchased and will be put in by Bob Kamin and Will Staelens.   A block wall was started in the back of our property.  Roof repairs are needed - Dale Bollman is checking to see if repair is necessary or if replacement is necessary.  The insurance company needs to be contacted concerning the roof.   Carol Luecht is resigning as Property Chairman and requests for volunteers will be published in the Newsletter and bulletin.

10TH ANNIVERSARY
- This committee continues to plan for the year's activities.  Money may be raised to help cover the concert.

OLD BUSINESS

The Human Sexuality Conference sponsored by the Synod will be November 22, 2003.

NEW BUSINESS

David Dietrich made a motion to hold the Annual Meeting on January 25th after the second service at Noon.  Sandy Peterson seconded.  The motion carried.

REPORTS

MINUTES -The minutes of the October 21st were corrected to read under the Finance Ministry, second paragraph, all staff evaluations are due to Executive Ministry (Not Finance Ministry).  A motion was made to accept the minutes as corrected.  The motion passed.
WOMEN OF GRACE AND PEACE -A written report was submitted.
PASTOR
-Pastor recommended Tim and Terri Hungate for membership.  A motion was made by Sandy Peterson to accept into membership Tim and Terri Hungate.  Mary Whitledge seconded.  The motion passed.
EXECUTIVE COUNCIL - Met and set agenda. Nominating Committee has met and began filling the slate.

Next Council Meeting will be December 16, 2003.  Devotions and refreshments will be Kristina Glenzinski and Mary Whitledge. Executive Council will be December 8 at 1:00 p.m.

A motion to adjourn was made and passed.  The Council closed with the Lord's Prayer.
