LONG RANGE PLANNING - Roberta Dietrich gave a report on 4 different copy machines that have been presented by various companies.  Because of budget constraints, no action was taken by the Council at this time.

NURTURE - The book sale sponsored by this ministry was successful.  Christmas caroling was attended by approximately 20 people.

PROPERTY -Nancy reported on various projects that Property has been working on.  Six emergency lights have been replaced, a new timer installed, the eternal light is being fixed and Dale Bollman has replaced lost shingles.  The spotlights that were replaced are not properly positioned and need to be redirected.

COMMUNITY ACTION -A thank you was received from the Center for Prevention of Abuse for the items and money contributed during the coffee hour that was held for this organization.

10th ANNIVERSARY TASK FORCE - Ron Havekost has written a letter of regret that he will be unable to join us for our 10th Anniversary special coffee hour in January.  This letter will be published in the Newsletter.
OLD BUSINESS
Some one in the congregation has given their name to be considered for custodial work.
Julie reported that the Nominating Committee has only been able to get two names for Council positions.

MINUTES - The Minutes of the November 18th  meeting were corrected - A motion was made to accept Sid Peterson for a 3-year term to the Endowment Committee.  (Ray Boyer was accepted for a 2-year term, Sid's name was left out of the motion)

WOMEN OF GRACE AND PEACE -No report.
PASTOR'S REPORT - Pastor Wayne submitted a written report. A motion was made to accept Monica McGill and her three daughters; Amanda Lu, Olivai Lu, and Ava Lu into membership.  The motion was seconded.  The motion passed.

EXECUTIVE COUNCIL - Met and set agenda.

Next Council Meeting will be January 20, 2004.  Executive Meeting will be January 12th.  Devotions and Refreshments will be Jan Jarrett and Paul Mueller.  A motion to adjourn was made and passed.  The Council closed with the Lord's Prayer.
